For Week 9 of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3, we will have to light three campfires at Camp Cod. This means that you will have to find Camp Cod, which is not a location named on the map. Camp Cod is near the south side of the island, off the coast.
Cod Cod is sort of tribute to the first season, and it’s not a terrible place to fall. There are a lot of booty safes, ammunition boxes and booty on the floor to find, and it’s quite easy to get to Misty Meadows and Catty Corner from there, if you need to loot a little more. Really, however, the main reason to get there in Season 3 of Chapter 2 is the challenge of the week 9.
There are three campfires that you can find on the island, show on the map below.
Remember that you have to stir up the campfires, not just on it. This means that you will need at least 30 wood for each campfire. If you arrive at the campfire and has already been burned by another player, you will need to use 300 wood to reset it, then 30 wood to power it.
You have to feed them all three, so if anyone else all addresses them first, it could cost up to 990 Wood to get the three. As such, for this challenge, we advise you to go directly to Camp Cod and finish the challenge before everyone else.
Once all three have been fled and the challenge is over, you should be able to get a good booty, because Camp Cod has a lot of booty and chest. When you have finished in the area, head to the Western Side Garage and you should be able to find a vehicle.
